At Focus Logic Central we respect and protect your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes which personal data we process, for what purposes, for how long and your rights under Law No. 164 (General Telecommunications Law), Law No. 1760 and any other applicable regulation in the Plurinational State of Bolivia.

1. Data controller

The data controller is Focus Logic Central S.R.L., registered with FUNDEMPRESA under matrícula No. 00612853-2019, NIT 321654987013 and legal address at Av. Arce N° 2156, Edificio Montevideo, Floor 8, La Paz, Bolivia.

2. Data we collect

We only collect the data you provide through our subscription form: full name and email address. Additionally, we record technical browsing data (truncated IP address, device type and pages visited) through strictly necessary cookies.

3. Purpose of processing

We process your data to send you the monthly educational newsletter, confirm your subscription, respond to your queries and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on the explicit consent you grant by submitting the form, and on Focus Logic Central's legitimate interest in managing its relationship with users.

5. Retention period

We retain your data while your newsletter subscription remains active. If you request removal, we delete your information within a maximum period of 30 days, unless otherwise required by law.

6. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition and portability by writing to privacy@focus-logic-central.com. We will respond within a maximum of 15 business days.

7. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss or alteration. The servers hosting this site use TLS 1.3 encryption.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy to reflect regulatory or operational changes. The date of the last revision is published at the top of this document.
